  I had a great time shopping at the store. I was so happy to see they had sizes up to a XXL. The manager and employees were enthusiastic about finding me an outfit and even did an exchange for me with no hassle.

  They are friendly, but the store itself is large, but very sparse with a poor inventory. I don’t get it.

  I love this brand. It's a higher price point but the quality in the clothing is there. Their clothes are very soft and well made. I love their styles too!

  Vuori has been one of my favorite brands for several years. This was my first time shopping at the Scottsdale store. I have usually purchased Vuori through a Fleet Feet location in my home town. I was excited to see the selection of a store front dedicated to the brand. Unfortunately my experience was so poor I will not be coming back. Not one employee greeted me or spoke to me until spoken to. Instead I got glared at for 20 minutes. It wasn’t until I asked for a fitting room did anyone say a single word, smile or make any form of communication verbal or non verbal. The store was not busy. The fitting room was dirty. The person attending the fitting room only spoke to me when spoken to. She did not check in on me or ask how she could help. For such a high end brand this was just a let down of an experience.

  Come here if you dont want customer service. You will be shopping alone with zero welcome, smile or wave for over 20 minutes of shopping. An employee will on speak when spoken to.
