  Very disappointing experience at the Chelsea store today. While I was trying on clothes, I briefly stepped outside the fitting room. During that time, a member of staff entered my fitting room and started going through my belongings. I immediately called the manager, who had witnessed what happened but did not intervene. I was later told that the employee was new and had been looking for clothing left behind for another customer. However, this explanation did not make sense, as the sales assistant who had taken me to the fitting room had already checked it was completely empty before handing me the items I was trying on. Regardless of the reason, searching through a customer’s belongings without permission is completely unacceptable. The incident left me feeling distressed and that my privacy had been violated. Vuori is one of my favourite brands, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Sadly, the level of service and professionalism I experienced at the Chelsea store means I will not be shopping there again.

  Second time in the store, and second time coming out with nothing. Quite a poor selection of clothing especially in the men’s section. Asked for help and the staff seemed not to know anything. Generally most staff were chatting with each other and messing about other than the young female at the women’s section end. The store was empty other than one other person yet Lululemon and Alo were both busy - says something in my opinion. I also got the typical “we haven’t got it….but you can order it online”.

  Always a positive experience at all Vuori stores, especially this one. I much prefer how the staff do not pester you with every step you make, but are also available if you need help or have any questions.
